I called late on a Friday afternoon to schedule a bid, and by Tuesday morning, they were at the house on time. Stephen worked up the bid and said they could order the downspout and install it on Friday between 3 and 5. I accepted the bid and gave a 50% deposit. Stephen's crew arrived on time and early — before I got home, and they did a fantastic job. The match was perfect since it was a repair, and you would never know that the downspout had been crushed.
