Opening 01 · Gutter Installer

Seamless gutters, formed in the driveway

Our installers are the reason a home stays dry when the winter storms finally hit Orange County. We form seamless gutters on site from a coil in the truck, cut every run to the exact length of the wall and hang it so the water goes where it should. The same crews handle repairs, cleanings, BroGuard micro-mesh guards, fascia and drainage.

Right now we have openings for experienced gutter installers and for roofers or handymen who have hung gutters before. Our current installer postings ask for two or more years of construction or gutter experience, a valid driver’s license and being 18 or older. Reliability and a good attitude matter as much as the resume.

Who does well here

  • You like working outside and with your hands
  • You show up on time and finish what you start
  • You are comfortable on a ladder
  • You take pride in a clean, straight line

Opening 02 · Solutionist (Sales)

Solutionists, not salespeople

We do not call the person who visits a home a salesman. We call them a Solutionist, because that is the job: walk the roofline, figure out what the house actually needs, explain it in plain language and give the homeowner a straight written quote. Some days that means a full seamless installation. Some days it means telling someone their gutters just need two hangers and a cleaning.

Experience in construction, roofing, home services or field sales helps. Curiosity, honesty and reliability matter more.

Apply for the Solutionist role

Who does well here

  • You like people and you listen first
  • You would rather be honest than pushy
  • You are organized and follow through
  • You are curious about how houses work

Questions before you apply

Do I need gutter experience to apply?

For our installer openings, yes: the current postings ask for two or more years of gutter or exterior construction work, and roofers and handymen who have hung gutters are welcome. For the Solutionist role, experience in construction, home services or field sales helps, but honesty and follow-through matter more.

Where will I work?

On homes across North Orange County, from Anaheim, Fullerton and Orange to Garden Grove, Santa Ana, Huntington Beach, Cerritos and east Long Beach. Crews roll out from Fountain Valley.

How much does it pay?

It depends on the role and your experience. Tell us what you are looking for in the application and we will talk through pay on the first call.

How do I apply?

Fill out the application on this page. It takes about three minutes, there is no account to create and a resume is optional. Or call (714) 276-6631.

What does a Solutionist do?

A Solutionist visits homeowners at scheduled appointments, walks the roofline, explains what the house needs in plain language and writes a clear, honest estimate. It is a sales role built around solving problems, not pushing products.
